Capital Planning

Tolin develops immediate, short and long term capital plans for the technical systems our customer's properties.

These plans are designed based on the priorities established by the owner / manager consistent with the objectives of the real estate asset. The objectives may be different based on the entry, hold or long term plan of the owner for the property. Tolin's programs incorporate these objectives into a detailed capital plan that provide the owner with the greatest return on investment scenario.

For each technical system Tolin will evaluate all the options available and provide the financial analysis accordingly. This plan is dynamic and may change from year to year based on the owners objectives. Tolin reviews and updates these plan during the course of any given year.
