These manuals serve as a benchmark for the delivery of consistent quality services. Through the start-up process at your property, Tolin commits a team of associates to implement, train and audit the policy and procedures customized for your operations. This process typically takes ninety days to complete. Upon completion customers are confident that the services completed at your site will be consistent with the quality of service they expect.

Policy and Procedure Manuals

Each manual represents a specific activity associated with the operations and maintenance activities at your property. The Tolin on-site and off-site support staff are trained to understand the details of your properties requirements and perform services accordingly. The procedure to review these activities with the owner/manager are completed weekly as appropriate. All manuals are available for review by the manager at any time.
