Tolin Mechanical Systems Company supplements the efforts of the on-site staff through the utilization of the off-site support technicians to complete maintenance and repair activities. These highly qualified technicians provide specialized services that are normally outside the scope of expertise provided by the on-site staff. This approach of providing technical services affords the owner/manager the flexibility of providing expert services at the most efficient cost available. All off-site support personnel are full time employees of Tolin and operate within the parameters of excellence that our clients expect. The off-site support staff provides critical expertise to assure that all preventive and predictive maintenance is completed by qualified personnel.     Tolin furnishes all administrative services for their on-site personnel. This includes such items as: time sheets, payroll, provisions and administration of company benefits and billing. Tolin also furnishes administrative personnel to act as liaison for such items as: billing inquiries, employee issues, benefits administration, time off administration, and manpower needs.

    Staffing Management

    Tolin assigns competent and experienced supervisors to actively manage Facility Services Programs. These supervisors are committed to the oversight of these programs and are available for emergency response as operating conditions require. Tolin is responsible for furnishing all on-site supervision and work direction for their operations and maintenance functions.

    Tolin’s supervisor coordinates all policies and procedures as dictated by our clients. This responsibility includes operational changes and requirements, all support for Performance Reports and the continuous review of performance indicators such as energy audits, maintenance and repair audits, as well as work request procedures.
