All field associates who require a vehicle to perform their duties will be supplied with a service truck or van. We maintain our fleet of service vehicles at the highest standards and replace older vehicles promptly to assure the fleet meets our professional and quality requirements. |

Field personnel that are dispatched for service calls, project work and preventative maintenance are supplied with both a cellular telephone and pager for easy, efficient communications. Tolin's communication procedures allow for effective use of time with a minimal of daily interruptions. |

Field personnel that are subject to a collective bargaining agreement will receive benefits according to the agreement. These benefits may include retirement plans (such as pension and 401K plans), major medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, holiday pay, vacation pay, sick leave, training funds, savings plans and credit union affiliation. |

Tolin provides associates with the option of direct deposit. Direct deposit allows associates to have their net pay automatically deposited into as many as four different accounts at the financial institutions of their choice. |

Tolin has a deep commitment to continuing education. An associate that wishes to enhance their skills by participating in pre-approved job related courses is eligible to participate in this program. Tolin will reimburse associates up to $325 per quarter, $750 per semester or a maximum of $1,500 annually for successful completion of approved courses. |

Tolin strives to assure its' associates have the very best in medical insurance coverage available to them. Our plan is a PPO plan [preferred provider option] with minimal co-pay for doctor's visits with in-network physicians. The plan also includes prescription coverage with a prescription card with minimal co-pay. Associates are eligible for medical benefits on the first of the month following 30 days from the date of hire. Tolin pays for the majority of the cost of this coverage, with a small monthly cost to the associates based on the number of dependents enrolled. Associates do have the option of paying their portion of the medical insurance cost on a pre-tax basis. This means you do not have to pay Federal, State or Social Security taxes on your share of the cost. |

Tolin provides dental insurance to all associates enrolled in the medical insurance program at no additional cost. Associates may elect to add family members to this coverage at an additional monthly cost. This plan has an individual deductible of $50 per person per year. Preventive services are covered at 100%, basic services are covered at 80%, and major services are covered at 50%. Associates do have the option of paying the dependent's portion of the dental insurance cost on a pre-tax basis. This means you do not have to pay Federal, State or Social Security taxes on your share of the cost. |

Tolin provides vision insurance to all associates enrolled in the medical insurance program at no additional cost. Associates may elect to add family members to this coverage at an additional monthly cost. This plan provides coverage for one vision exam every 12 months, frames and lenses once every 24 months with a minimal co-pay. Associates do have the option of paying the dependent's portion of the vision insurance cost on a pre-tax basis. This means you do not have to pay Federal, State or Social Security taxes on your share of the cost. |

Tolin provides long-term disability insurance for associates. The insurance provides for partial income payments after 90 days of inability to work due to disability. This coverage continues until an associate is able to return to work or reaches age 65. This insurance is provided at no cost to the associate. |

Tolin provides a $50,000 life insurance plan for associates. This insurance is provided at no additional cost to the associate. |

With Tolin's 401K Retirement Plan, an associate can save for retirement with pre-tax dollars by deferring up to 10% of their gross earnings. Tolin will match 50% of the first 4% of differed earnings associates contribute to the plan. Associates are eligible to join Tolin's 401K Plan following 90 days of employment, on January 1st or July 1st. |

Tolin's Profit Sharing Plan is designed to assist with associate's retirement savings. It is funded with discretionary yearly contributions based on company profits. Tolin has made contributions to this plan every year since 1980. These contributions have averaged between 4% to 6% of an associates gross pay for the year. |

Tolin believes in the importance of vacation time to its' associates. Associates are provided with pro-rated vacation days based on their length of employment. During the first year of employment, an associate will receive 5 paid vacation days. During the second year and continuing until the ninth year of employment, an associate will receive will receive 10 paid vacation days. During the tenth year of employment and each year thereafter, an associate will receive 15 paid vacation days. |

Tolin provides paid holidays to its' associates. Tolin will provide 6 paid holidays per year. These paid holidays are Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year's Day. |

In addition to the standard paid holidays, Tolin provides 2 paid pro-rated floating holidays per year. These days are available on a pre-scheduled basis anytime during the year. |

Tolin provides paid sick time to its' associates. Associates earn ½ day per month, or 6 days per year, of paid sick time that may be used for doctor's appointments or illnesses. Sick time this is not accumulated from year to year, however non-exempt associates are reimbursed in January of the following year for unused sick time for the previous year. |

Tolin offers the convenience and benefits of a credit union to its' associates. Associates may join the Public Service Employee's Credit Union of Colorado. The credit union offers no-fee checking, auto and mortgage loans and other benefits. Deductions are available through payroll for loans and savings plans. |

Tolin provides a medical leave policy for an associate's serious health condition or pregnancy. Associates that have been with Tolin for 3 or more years are paid one week for each year of employment during the time of their disability. The medical leave pays for a maximum of 12 weeks during the entire term of employment. |

Tolin will provide up to 3 days of funeral leave pay to associates in the event of the death of an immediate family member. |
