The projects group at Tolin is responsible for providing our clients with needs based solutions that go beyond traditional maintenance and repairs to technical systems. This group provides a variety of analysis and performance functions for our customers. Projects at Tolin have a fixed duration, and require specific management and systems to implement in buildings. Tolin's expertise at maintaining and repairing technical systems gives our customers the best possible combination of the proper retrofit and financial considerations.

The way we go about delivering the project is essential to the proper completion and future redemption of any benefits a retrofit may bring our customers. Our process helps us insure our clients receive everything they purchased from Tolin Mechanical.
Upon approval from the client, Tolin establishes a project team consisting of the client, project manager, supervisor, chief engineer and project technician. Tolin completes an in-house start-up meeting to develop the schedule of work to be completed, coordinate all material and manpower requirements to complete the work and review the clients specific objectives and parameters for completing the work.
Once the project plan has been developed, Tolin initiates a customer start-up meeting to review the plan, provide the schedules and communicate any special requirements that the client may have expressed in the evaluation process. All staff members will be made aware of the project requirements to facilitate the completion of work and coordinate any on-site issues necessary to minimize tenant interruptions or inconveniences at the site.
Tolin completes the work as defined in the scope of services for the project. During the weekly operations meetings, the client is kept abreast of the work in progress. Tolin has demonstrated a unique ability to provide a scope of service that minimizes if not eliminates the need for any change orders during the project work. Through our complete understanding of the operational activities and client requirements, Tolin provides a seamless approach to project coordination, management and completion of all work on time and within budget.
Upon completion of each project, the project manager completes a client close-out meeting with the manager to physically inspect the work, review all operating manuals, warranties and training requirements for the staff. If the client has any questions concerning the project work, Tolin acts immediately to provide written responses or remedies to these concerns. Tolin asks the client to evaluate the project work completed and this information is reviewed by the senior management at Tolin Mechanical Systems Company. Tolin is committed to providing the highest level of project services consistent with clients expectations.
