To insure each associate is qualified and has career advancement opportunities, Tolin develops a program tailored to each associate that includes the following:
Tolin provides over 48 training programs per year to all field associates. These programs are fully funded by Tolin and utilize all industry resources to assure That quality and practice training is made available. Typical training resources include manufactures, suppliers, trade organizations, government organizations and learning institutions. Licenses and certifications are provided upon completion of these programs. All tracking of personnel participation is completed at the Tolin office.
As a part of our facility services programs Tolin develops training that includes all aspects of the operations and maintenance responsibilities. Based on the specific systems applications, tenant expectations and owner/manager requirements, Tolin creates and maintains individual training files on-site for all assigned associates.
