Brian Sampaio

Brian Sampaio rejoined Tolin in August 2023 as Vice President of Operations and was promoted to Executive Vice President in 2026

Brian began his HVAC career as a Service Apprentice in 1986 before advancing through the ranks as a Journeyman, Service Foreman, Lead Service Technician, Branch Manager, Vice President of Service, and Chief Operations Officer. His career spans nearly four decades of operational leadership across California and Colorado, including more than 15 years with Tolin before returning to the company in 2023.

As Executive Vice President, Brian provides operational leadership across the organization, partnering with teams throughout the company to strengthen performance, support employees, and deliver exceptional service to Tolin's customers.
