Dave Joslyn

Dave Joslyn joined Tolin in 2007 as an Energy Engineer and was named President of Colorado and Mid-Atlantic Operations in 2026.

Prior to joining Tolin, Dave held engineering positions with American Energy Assets and Siemens Building Technologies, specializing in energy performance contracting and energy services projects. Since joining Tolin, he has advanced through several leadership roles, including Project Sales Engineer, Vice President of Sales & Engineering, Senior Vice President, and President of Colorado and Mid-Atlantic Operations.

Dave earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado State University. He oversees operations across Colorado and the Mid-Atlantic region, providing leadership for sales, engineering, energy services, HVAC, and controls while driving growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
