Mike Clement

Mike Clement joined Tolin in 2002 as a Project Sales Engineer and has served as President since January 2022.

Before joining Tolin, Mike worked as a Project Coordinator for industrial cooling tower manufacturer Psychrometric Systems, Inc. Since joining Tolin, he has held a variety of leadership roles, including Mountain Region General Manager, Vice President of Branch Operations, Chief Operating Officer, and President.

Mike earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University and an MBA from the University of Colorado. His broad experience across operations, sales, and leadership enables him to provide strategic direction while fostering collaboration across departments and branches to deliver exceptional results for Tolin's customers.
